Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype quantum-AI solutions
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research grants
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science
- Collaborate with MIT and CERN on quantum-AI standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years experience with quantum algorithms (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Proven track record of ML model optimization
- Strong Python/C++ proficiency with scientific computing
- Published work in top-tier journals or conferences
- Clearance for DoD quantum security projects
