Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for enterprise-scale deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior quantum engineers on emerging quantum algorithms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum processors
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts to business stakeholders
