Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms solving optimization problems in finance, logistics, and AI
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Translate quantum research into commercially viable products by 2026
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data infrastructure
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Drive quantum literacy across organizations through workshops and whitepapers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (Master's with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware architecture
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum development frameworks
- Published research in top quantum computing journals (e.g., Nature Quantum)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Active contributor to open-source quantum projects (GitHub contributions required)
