Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems leveraging superconducting qubits and topological qubit designs
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design error correction protocols at scale
- Define quantum software development standards and SDKs
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum principles and applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
