Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning challenges
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and error correction protocols
- Lead quantum system integration with classical HPC infrastructure
- Conduct cutting-edge research in quantum supremacy applications for finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and establish best practices for quantum software development
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and publish in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in quantum computing or advanced algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction, decoherence, and hardware limitations
- Proven track record of publishing quantum computing research or implementing production quantum systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity theory
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
