- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for industrial applications
- Lead research into topological qubit implementations at room temperature
- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical discovery and climate modeling
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography standards
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum programming principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum gate model programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Proficiency in superconducting qubit fabrication techniques
- Deep understanding of quantum annealing and adiabatic computing
- Certification in quantum machine learning frameworks
