Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor architectures
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography standards
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum software development and testing
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Pioneer ethical guidelines for quantum AI deployment in regulated industries
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
