Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, superconducting, topological)
- Collaborate with AI/ML specialists to develop quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Create technical documentation and architecture blueprints for future quantum networks
- Drive innovation in quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Present breakthrough concepts to industry leaders and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or commercial quantum system development
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, error correction, and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation tools
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams on complex R&D projects
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST quantum-resistant standards)
