Responsibilities
- Design quantum-classical hybrid architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for machine learning pipelines

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)

- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware constraints (superconducting, ion trap)
