Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory
- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and industry whitepapers
- Develop patentable quantum machine learning frameworks
- Partner with IBM/Microsoft quantum cloud initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or cryptography
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Demonstrated grant-writing success
- CISSP or equivalent security clearance preferred
