Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to enhance system reliability

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and complexity theory
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research papers
- Experience with quantum hardware architectures and decoherence mitigation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-disciplinary teams
