Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop scalable quantum processors with error correction

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments (HPC, GPU acceleration)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
