- Animation Production: Create high-fidelity 2D character animations and motion graphics from storyboard concepts to final render.
- Technical Rigging: Develop complex rigs for 2D characters using industry-standard software to ensure fluid performance.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with art directors and product managers to align visual style with brand identity.
- Optimization: Optimize animation sequences for various platforms (Web, Mobile, TV) ensuring high frame rates and resolution.
- Feedback Integration: Incorporate creative feedback efficiently and mentor junior animators on best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation and motion graphics.
- Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating strong timing, spacing, and character performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
