Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-fidelity 2D animations using industry-standard software (After Effects, Illustrator, Cinema 4D).
- Collaborate closely with art directors and copywriters to align visual styles with brand messaging and project goals.
- Manage the entire animation pipeline, from storyboarding and rigging to final rendering and optimization.
- Optimize motion assets for various screen sizes and platforms to ensure maximum performance and compatibility.
- Provide creative feedback and mentorship to junior designers and animators within the studio.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or character design.
- Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Cinema 4D.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating advanced techniques in vector animation, character rigging, and motion design.
- Excellent understanding of timing, spacing, and the 12 principles of animation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a keen attention to detail.
