Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for digital campaigns, web interfaces, and video content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual styles and ensure brand consistency across all projects.
- Utilize industry-standard software (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) to produce assets that meet technical and creative specifications.
- Present design concepts and rough animations to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in motion design and 2D animation to keep our work fresh and competitive.
- Optimize animation files for various platforms and ensure smooth playback performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in 2D motion design or a related creative field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced knowledge of timing, easing, and motion principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-creative stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile environment and managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
