Responsibilities

- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
- Create wireframes, flowcharts, and user journey maps to visualize the end-to-end user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.
- Maintain and evolve our existing design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members effectively.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on part-time or freelance projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs.
- Experience with HTML and CSS is a strong plus.
