Job Description
Join Nexus Future Systems as a Senior AI Agent Architect and pioneer the next generation of autonomous intelligence. In 2026, the definition of software is shifting from static applications to living, breathing ecosystems of autonomous agents. We are looking for a visionary engineer to design the architectural backbone of these systems.
As the industry moves toward Agentic AI, you will be responsible for orchestrating complex workflows between LLMs, external tools, and human feedback loops. If you are passionate about building systems that reason, plan, and execute with minimal human intervention, this is your opportunity to define the future.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable multi-agent systems capable of handling complex, autonomous workflows.
- Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ensure context-aware decision-making.
- Develop memory architectures and state management systems that enable agents to learn and adapt over time.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate high-level AI strategies into robust technical specifications.
- Ensure ethical AI alignment and safety guardrails are integrated into agent behaviors.
- Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of agent performance using synthetic and real-world benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in Machine Learning or AI.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
- Proficiency in Python and modern frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGPT).
- Strong understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
