Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for Generative AI models targeting deployment in 2026.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of large-scale models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency using quantization and pruning techniques.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging papers in the AI safety and alignment space to integrate into our core product.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rapid prototyping.
- Infrastructure Integration: Bridge the gap between research and production, ensuring seamless deployment to cloud and edge environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- AI Expertise: Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or Foundation Models.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
