Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference latency and resource utilization to handle millions of concurrent requests.
- Data Strategy: Lead the strategy for high-volume data ingestion, cleaning, and feature engineering pipelines.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly applications.
- Ethics & Compliance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible AI governance.
- R&D: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging paradigms in neural networks and quantum computing integration.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI research.
- Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent technical writing and public speaking skills to present research findings to diverse audiences.
