Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI and Machine Learning pipelines for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the development of next-generation autonomous systems using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI implementation across the organization.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI and quantum computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade ML systems (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubeflow).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
