The Role
You will be responsible for designing and implementing the core AI infrastructure that powers our platform. Your work will directly influence how we interact with data and intelligence in the coming decade.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling high-volume, low-latency requests.
- Lead the research and implementation of Agentic AI workflows and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced machine learning models into consumer products.
- Optimize model performance, reduce inference costs, and improve accuracy through rigorous testing and research.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the AI department.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-level LLMs and NLP models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
