Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of handling real-time generative models and high-velocity data streams.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into core enterprise workflows to enhance productivity.
- Optimize neural network performance and reduce latency in distributed systems to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers on best practices in deep learning and ethical AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define technical roadmaps and AI product features.
- Ensure AI compliance, data privacy, and ethical standards across all deployed models.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to advise leadership on emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and deploying production-level AI systems.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, model versioning, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.
