In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, leading a high-performance team to deploy cutting-edge AI solutions that solve complex global challenges.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead Agentic AI Development: Architect and lead the deployment of autonomous AI agents capable of complex decision-making processes.
- Design Scalable MLOps Pipelines: Build robust, production-grade infrastructure for model training, validation, and inference at scale.
- Future Tech Strategy: Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, quantum-ready algorithms) to stay ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate technical requirements into innovative solutions.
- Ethical AI Frameworks: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring transparency and bias mitigation in all deployed models.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance to ensure latency and accuracy meet enterprise standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of designing and implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI architectures.
- MLOps Mastery: Strong experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and model versioning tools.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive strategic technical roadmaps.
