Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define and drive the technical roadmap for Project 2026, overseeing the end-to-end design of complex AI systems.
- Model Development: Lead the research and implementation of advanced machine learning models, including LLMs and predictive algorithms.
- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions with existing cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless interoperability and high availability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- R&D Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies like quantum computing and neuromorphic chips.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure all AI models adhere to ethical guidelines and bias mitigation standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and architect scalable solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
