Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks for next-generation machine learning systems.
- Conduct rigorous bias audits and fairness testing on proprietary algorithms to ensure equitable outcomes.
- Advise senior leadership and product teams on the strategic implications of AI deployment and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain whitepapers and internal guidelines regarding the ethical use of generative AI and LLMs.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI strategy, machine learning operations, or data ethics.
- Deep technical understanding of Transformer architectures, neural networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven experience navigating complex legal and regulatory landscapes regarding data privacy and algorithmic accountability.
