Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, specifically focusing on AGI readiness and quantum AI hybrid models.
- Lead high-level strategic initiatives that align technological capabilities with business goals for the next 3-5 years.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Autonomous Systems) to identify competitive advantages.
- Oversee the integration of predictive analytics into core product ecosystems to drive automated decision-making.
- Act as a primary thought leader, speaking at industry conferences and publishing white papers on future tech trends.
- Partner with C-suite executives to secure funding and resources for R&D projects targeting the 2026 release cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or AI research leadership.
- Proven track record of defining successful product roadmaps for complex, high-scale systems.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and generative AI architectures.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
