Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning architectures using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Lead the research and integration of next-gen AI models, including multimodal learning and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency in cloud and edge environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards for AI infrastructure.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) development pathways.
Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning model development.
- Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and at least one major deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Experience deploying models to production using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and lead technical architectural decisions.
