Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI and quantum computing infrastructure solutions.
- Define and enforce enterprise-wide technical standards and best practices for cloud-native environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to next-generation, quantum-ready frameworks.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and performance tuning for high-throughput systems.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum mechanics, and edge computing to ensure competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, or C++.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale projects with high availability requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
