Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives and engineering leads to establish a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with company-wide business goals.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging AI technologies, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product roadmaps and business cases.
- Prioritization & Execution: Drive the prioritization of high-impact projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet 2026 milestones.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic plans to diverse stakeholders, including investors, clients, and internal teams, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
- Innovation Lab: Conceptualize and prototype experimental AI models to validate future product directions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy Consulting, or AI Engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term roadmaps (3+ years out) with measurable outcomes.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of machine learning principles, NLP, generative AI models, and cloud infrastructure architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership presence, critical thinking, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
