Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI strategic roadmap and innovation milestones.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Oversee R&D initiatives in generative AI, natural language processing, and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate technical goals into business value.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, compliance, and data security.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
