Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and NLP algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into production environments.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of NLP techniques, transformer architectures, and LLMs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
