Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL databases to support business intelligence needs
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior patterns using Python/R
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Optimize data pipelines for scalability and performance
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong programming skills in Python or R with data manipulation libraries
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) data services
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical insights into business recommendations
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence preferred
