Responsibilities
- Lead development of full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system architecture for 99.9% uptime and sub-200ms response times
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish technical blogs
- Drive agile ceremonies with 8-10 member cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expertise in React, Node.js, and modern cloud architectures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex web applications
