Responsibilities
- Architect and implement responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices for maintainability and scalability.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project momentum.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application stability and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern preprocessors (Sass/Less).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
