Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to deliver high-impact features.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
