Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design and implement scalable web applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Optimization: Optimize application performance, ensure security, and improve user experience across all platforms.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and SQL.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
