Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable front-end and back-end architectures using modern frameworks.
- Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and SQL.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver high-quality software.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring fast load times and smooth user interactions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Security: Strong understanding of web security best practices and data protection.
