Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure including servers, LANs, WANs, and cloud environments.
- Perform system administration, patch management, and security updates to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Provide Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct network audits and capacity planning to ensure system efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors to manage hardware lifecycle and service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or Systems Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or MCSA are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, walk-in interview setting.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical jargon for non-technical staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
