Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews and testing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions within the engineering team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL & NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
