Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Maintain and improve the performance, security, and scalability of existing backend systems.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement robust error handling and logging.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
