Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance for speed and reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Maintain and update technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong experience with server-side technologies (Node.js, Express, or Python).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
