Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Build and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Optimize: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure high-speed load times and user satisfaction.
- Testing: Implement automated testing strategies to ensure product stability and reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Security: Implement best practices for data security and compliance within the application.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Tools: Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on technical documentation.
- Agile: Proven track record working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
