Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of AI researchers, data scientists, and backend engineers.
- Mentor senior engineers and define technical best practices for cloud-native environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system performance audits to ensure zero-downtime operations.
- Prototype and evaluate bleeding-edge technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, Edge computing) to determine feasibility.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system migrations and modernization initiatives.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data pipeline orchestration.
