Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AR/VR and AI integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and translate technical requirements into scalable solutions.
- Oversee the development of high-fidelity prototypes and conduct rigorous feasibility testing for next-gen interfaces.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and rapid iteration.

- Manage stakeholder communication and present complex technical concepts to executive leadership effectively.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software architecture, specifically within AR, VR, or immersive technologies.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and their application in spatial computing environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Experience with Python, C++, or WebGL.
