- Develop and publish annual 2026 Innovation Roadmaps, synthesizing emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with market disruption vectors
- Lead strategic foresight workshops with executive stakeholders to co-create future-state scenarios and innovation portfolios
- Establish Horizon Dynamics' thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry reports
- Analyze global socio-technological signals to identify paradigm shifts requiring strategic pivots
- Design and validate innovation frameworks for clients navigating 2026's regulatory and ethical landscapes
- Build and mentor a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and industry analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing actionable future-state strategies implemented by global enterprises
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business roadmaps
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
