Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on the socio-technological landscape of 2026
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs at MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining a hands-on role in experimental technology validation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies or scenario planning methodologies
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester) and data visualization platforms
- Demonstrated experience translating complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ implemented future-focused initiatives
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain one
