This role demands a blend of deep analytical prowess, creative foresight, and executive-level communication to shape our organization's trajectory through technological and societal shifts.
As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D labs, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting developments across AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and human augmentation. You'll translate complex future scenarios into compelling narratives that drive innovation investment and organizational adaptation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and cultural trends to map 2026 strategic horizons
- Develop foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact strategic whitepapers and trend briefs for executive audiences
- Establish innovation pipelines for next-generation product/service development
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry thought leadership events
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, etc.)
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
