- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present executive-level insights through compelling visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight outputs into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation cycles
