Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future insights to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, horizon scanning)
- Track record of publishing thought leadership or patents in emerging domains
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
