- Develop strategic foresight frameworks translating complex futures into executable business roadmaps
- Champion ethical AI development and responsible innovation governance across all product initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and policymakers to align on future visions
- Author compelling future-state scenarios and white papers positioning company as thought leader
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment in 2026 ecosystem
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or tech innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., from School of International Futures)
- Experience scaling foresight processes across global organizations
